The California Department of Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) Division of Federal Financial Assistance is creating a new five-year Federal Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for Fiscal Years 2025-2029 and has developed surveys to receive feedback on California’s housing, homelessness, and community development challenges, barriers, and needs. National Public Lands Day

Thank you to everyone who responded to the City of Dorris General Plan Update Visioning Survey. The survey was open between March 11th and July 31st. The community’s input, as reflected in the attached document, will play an important role in framing discussions at future workshops, and will be used by the City to inform and guide decisions relative to land use, safety, open space, conservation, circulation, and noise throughout the General Plan update process.
